The McKellar Lakes Home and Cottage Association was successful in working with the township to review the structural safety of the bridge on McKellar Lake Road, near the dam. As a result, the bridge was rebuilt in 1999, including new culverts to handle the water flow. In addition, the roadway approaching the bridge was widened and improved. |
